Job Description: Responsible for the efficient and profitable dispatching of company drivers and owner operators from our Central Iowa operation. Must be knowledgeable in all phases of DOT rules/regulations, along with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Ability to motivate and manage drivers. Knowledge of computer dispatch system and general P software. Outstanding opportunity for personal growth with an established transportation company.
Requirements: Transportation Industry experience required, along with excellent communication, phone, and computer skills which will facilitate effective interaction with our drivers, customers, and company management.
